Pour water over the stones and a cloud of steam fills the cabin with an intense, enveloping dry heat that typically reaches around 80°C. The warmth releases the tension of the day, opens the pores and leaves you deeply relaxed. It is the classic Finnish ritual, at home.

Questions about delivery, installation or which sauna suits your space? Get in touch and we will talk you through it.

https://www.123pools.co.uk/products/france-sauna-zen-2-person-traditional-steam-sauna-with-harvia-heater
