Flotide Heat Pump E02 Error

E2 or E02 error on the display of a Flotide Swimming Pool heat pump is typically a flow rate error, Your water is either too fast or too slow for the heat pump. Please try some of the troubleshooting steps below. 

1. Make sure that all the parameters are set to their default values in the (SET) button (see instructions below)
   
   
2. Try changing your filter cartridge
   
   
3. Try removing the filter cartridge completely
   
   
4. If you have a Sand filter try putting the pump in recirculate mode
   
   
5. If you have a bypass kit or valves just adjusting these to increase or decrease the flow

PARAMETER CHECKING AND ADUSTMENT
Parameter setting
Hold "SET" to enter the parameter setting interface. The first "x" starts to blink. You can press "UP" and "DOWN" to set this parameter and then press "SET" to confirm and exit to the parameter query interface. The first "x" stops blinking. Below is the parameter list.
