Flotide 50 Micron Fine Filter Basket for XR2 and XR3 Robotic Pool Cleaners

Fine Filtration For Your Flotide Robot

The basket your XR2 or XR3 came with handles leaves, grit and hair without any trouble. What it will not hold on to is the fine stuff. Pollen, silt, dust and dead algae pass straight through the standard mesh and go back into the pool.

This is the 50 micron basket. Same fitting, much finer mesh, so the fine particles stay inside the robot instead of hazing up your water.

Worth Fitting If

• Your water goes cloudy after a windy spell or a heavy pollen drop
• You have just shocked the pool and want the dead algae out rather than circulating
• There are trees or a lawn close to the pool
• You want the robot doing the polishing so your sand filter is not working as hard

Fits

• Flotide XR2 robotic pool cleaner
• Flotide XR3 cordless robotic pool cleaner

Good To Know

• 50 micron mesh, against the 150 microns the XR3's standard baskets filter down to
• Supplied as one basket, swaps straight over with the standard one
• Genuine Flotide part, part number 7042885

Give it a rinse every few cycles, the same as the standard basket. A finer mesh loads up quicker, that is simply what finer filtration does.
